Dr. Sherry Johnson is a board-certified general surgeon and fellowship trained breast surgical oncologist, where she specializes in malignant and benign surgical breast diseases. She returned to her hometown, Anchorage, to practice in 2019. She is the current Alaska State Chair for the Commission on Cancer where she is dedicated to improving survival and quality of life for patients with cancer. Dr. Johnson received her medical degree from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences in 2013, completed general surgery residency in Michigan through the Henry Ford Health System in 2018 and her Breast Surgical Oncology fellowship at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2019.
