2020 Rider & Team Information

11th Annual Fundraiser • February 8, 2020 • Anchorage 5th Avenue Mall • 10 AM to 3 PM

Thank you for joining us for the 11th Annual Revolutions: Spinning for Health Care FUNdraiser for Anchorage Project Access.  You are part of our mission to assist individuals in need to access donated medical and dental care and reduce the use of emergency departments for primary care.  Thank you!!

Once you’ve registered, you will be contacted to sign up for your preferred time. We encourage you to gather friends, coworkers or family members and ride as a team…costumes, logo wear, matching headbands etc…are all encouraged! Choose a team name for your “team sign” that will be created for your team to hold while getting your picture taken.  The team name will also be your designation on our website so people can donate directly online to support your team’s fundraising goal.

Each spin cycle rider is encouraged to set a $250 FUNdrasing goal.  The times to spin begin at 10am and reset every hour, with the last hour from 2pm – 3pm. There are 20 bikes available for each session, once you have chosen your ride time, we will reserve the number of bikes you request.

You can also ride with a team of friends or coworkers!   The entire team will be spinning at the same time on individual bikes.  Every rider gets a fun bag of goodies and is eligible for hourly door prizes!  

Resources for your success 

Designated Rider Online Donation:  Direct your friends, family, and co-workers to AnchorageProjectAccess.org, 2020 Official Team and Rider List where they can make a designated donation on your behalf via PayPal. Once registered, we will add your team name to the website and activate a PayPal button.  As riders join your team we will add their name under your team name so people can support the individual team riders.

Rider Support Letter: You can print the 2020 Rider-Support-Letter Sample Letter and mail/email to friends, family, and co-workers asking for their financial support.

Donation Materials: As you secure support, make sure to record each donor’s name and contact information on the 2020 Donation Form as this allows us to mail them a letter thanking them for their tax-deductible contribution. All donations are due on or before February 2, 2020.

This event is fun with a healthy hint of competition…we can assist in setting up crowd funding campaigns for your team, letters of support, emails asking for support…whatever your need may be, contact us and we may a solution for you.
